Thank you to everyone for getting things together for the Remembrance Day Ceremony. The wreaths that you made with your classes were as individual as each one of your homerooms. Lots of great comments. Thank you. Big shout out to Jacqueline, Allan and Meg for their work with the choir as well. The children were fantastic.

Interview Times: On Monday parents will be able to start signing up for interview times at 12noon. I have created and shared your interview schedule with you. Here you will be able to make spreadsheet with all the responses with a click of a button. If you into your drive and look for files shared with me you will see it. Just look for your name and search the following with your name: Mr. Slack 2017 SGE Teacher Interview Times. If you need any help let me know.

Remembrance Day:

On Friday we will have our ceremony at 10:45. We will adjust recess accordingly so that we are ready to go promptly and ready for 11AM. We will have Deacon Bob with us, a couple of military special guests and our MPP Yasir Naqvi.

If each class couple please have a wreath that they can lay during the ceremony that would be greatly appreciated. They can have tape on them so we can attach them to the wall. Please have two students from each class to lay the wreath

Grade 6 students will be coming around to give out and collect donations for poppies on Friday morning. It is always so nice to see every single student with a poppy at our ceremony.
